<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace liquid continuous atomization device capable of atomizing continuously an extremely trace liquid sample prepared by dissolving a hardly volatile substance such as an organic compound which is liquid at a room temperature or an agricultural chemical which is solid at the room temperature, and a standard gas generation device using it. <P>SOLUTION: This trace liquid atomization device A comprises an ultrasonic vibrator 12, a porous member 13 arranged on the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator 12, a liquid sample supply pipe 23 whose one end is arranged between the ultrasonic vibrator 12 and the porous member 13, and a trace liquid sample continuous supply device 24 connected to the other end of the liquid sample supply pipe 23. This standard gas generation device is acquired by arranging in a thermostat 11 the ultrasonic vibrator 12 and the porous member 13 arranged on the surface of the ultrasonic vibrator 12, and by providing a supply pipe 18 of a carrier gas and a discharge pipe 22 of the standard gas in the thermostat 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
