<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the user of a communication terminal to easily and timely know that data has been received by data communication to be performed in the background of speech. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 100-1 establishes a voice speech line with a portable telephone set 100-2, and establishes a data communication line with the portable telephone set 100-2, and acquires image data.
