<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for extending the size of a power transistor beyond a single integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The method for extending the size of a power transistor beyond a single integrated circuit comprises a master integrated circuit equipped with a master control circuit, master driver circuit, and master semiconductor switch, and a single or a plurality of slave integrated circuits equipped with a slave semiconductor switch and a slave driver circuit. Switch terminals of the master semiconductor are connected to a corresponding slave semiconductor switch terminals.
