<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition system and a program for it capable of reducing labor for creation of an appraisal and improving accuracy of the appraisal. <P>SOLUTION: This addition system is provided with a storage means storing CAD data of a floor plan including line drawing information about a wall in a building, a configuration setting means reading the CAD data of the floor plan from the storage means, recognizing plane areas each matching a floor or an open ceiling of each room in the building based on the line drawing information included in the CAD data, and setting a configuration of partition elements to be arranged on boundary faces of respective rooms based on geometric information of the plane areas and types of the rooms matching the respective plane areas, a room attribute database storing attribute information about the respective rooms in the building, a specification setting means extracting the attribute information about the room matching the plane area from the room attribute database and setting specifications of the respective partition elements based on the attribute information of the rooms on both sides and the configuration of the partition elements, and a summation means summing up and outputting the number of partition elements for each specification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
