PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction synchronous motor capable of inserting each permanent magnet into a rotor without being attracted while enhancing the assembling workability sharply, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The induction synchronous motor comprising a stator 4 having a stator winding 7, and a rotor 5 rotating in the stator 4 is further provided with a secondary conductor 5B arranged at the peripheral part of a rotor yoke part 5A constituting the rotor 5, and a permanent magnet 31 buried in the rotor yoke part 5A.
