PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for suitably transmitting a CRR ticket message or another similar charging message. SOLUTION: A packet data interface device transmits packet data communication service to a first communication terminal operating in a telecommunication system. The packet data interface device can exchange data with a converted data link to another communication terminal, and can generate a charging message wherein the usage of the packet data communication service is indicated by the first communication terminal. The packet data interface is suitable to receive and store the charging information wherein the charging composition for the first communication terminal is indicated, and generate the charging message depending on the charging composition information for the first communication terminal.
