FIELD: shipbuilding; devices for motion on water. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes float base, pedals and blades which are rigidly secured in pairs at angle of 90° and are articulated on longitudinal axle of float base for performance of reciprocation and rotary oscillations and for emergence at horizontal position.
