摘要 FIELD: machine engineering, possibly turning standard non-round parts such as pistons, three-dimension followers, cams, parts with radial holes, lengthwise grooves and so on at improved accuracy. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus operates with use electric drive of cross feed of cutting tool at detecting errors at turning previous part and eliminating repeating component of detected errors at turning next parts. Such result is achieved due to adding to signal for setting part shape addition correction signal used for reducing shaping errors caused by limited response of electric drive for moving cutting tool and by displacements of part axis. Correction signal is formed in memory device as function of positional error of cutting tool in direction of turning depth, lengthwise position of tool, part axis displacement in direction of turning depth and angular velocity of part rotation. Correction signal is formed while taking into account errors of shaping previous part that is why systematic component of shape error of part is gradually reduced from part to part with tendency to become zero. ^ EFFECT: significantly reduced shape errors at turning non-round parts. ^ 1 dwg
