PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving circuit and a receiving device which do not need to arrange a balun, and are made in low cost, and miniaturized. SOLUTION: The receiving circuit 100 is provided with a dipole antenna with balanced output, an RF differential amplifier 13 which amplifies the received signal of the dipole antenna 11, and an impedance matching circuit 12 which performs impedance matching between the dipole antenna 11 and the RF differential amplifier 13. The dipole antenna 11 with balanced output is arranged adjoining the RF differential amplifier, and two outputs of the dipole antenna 11 are directly input in the RF differential amplifier 13 through the impedance matching circuit 12. By this method, since it is possible to suppress effect of external noise, it is not necessary to install the balun of a unbalanced/balanced conversion component, an NF is improved by eliminating conversion loss by the balun, and at the same time it is possible to reduce component cost and component arranging area, and realize low cost and miniaturization.
