PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chart for creating an LUT capable of detailedly calibrating input image data to output image data, and to provide a method for creating the LUT based on the chart. SOLUTION: The chart C1 for creating the LUT 20 is indicated by continuous gradation. The shape of the chart C1 as a captured image is converted to a shape that is similar to the chart C1 drawn on an inspection slip A1 for calibration by using geometric conversion from feature points T1-T4 of the chart C1.
