PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the easiness of operation of a grip hand mechanism by making it possible to store a belt into an apparatus body and making the length adjustment of the belt automatic. SOLUTION: The length of the belt 21 is automatically adjusted by allowing a user to operate an operation part 37 in a state that the user grasps a grip part 7 of the apparatus body 2 with one hand after joining the attaching part 45 of the belt 21 drawn out from the belt inlet/outlet 26 of the apparatus body 2 to an attached part 46 of the apparatus body 2 in the grasped state, and the hand grasping the grip part 7 can be securely held by the belt 21 stretched between the belt inlet/outlet 26 and the attached part 46.
