<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna having omnidirectional non-directivity and ease of impedance matching and to provide an RF tag. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna 2 comprises two linear conductors 5, 6 whose lengths are nearly equal to each other.
