A substrate for hybridization of biomolecule, a biomolecule hybridization device, and a biomolecule hybridization method in which biomolecule is hybridized at higher rate through dielectrophoresis migration or electrophoresis by applying an AC or DC voltage to a planar electrode thereby generating an electric field, and hybridized biomolecule can be read out using a laser or the like.
