Described is an internally and externally reinforced concrete block, which comprises a surface with an apparent finish that is useful in the construction field as a masonry block or for providing an apparent finish; in the decoration field as a decorative element, and in the gardening field as a garden slab or a block for forming terraces, as well as for further architectonic uses. The advantage of the invention is that it is made of light-concrete, which facilitates its handling, and it also may receive any type of material that can be adhered to concrete. The inner and outer reinforcements improve the physical characteristics of the element, thereby providing the same with a higher resistance and durability.
