PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonize a resonance frequency of a coil Z without reducing coil detection performance.

SOLUTION: Two coils A, B having the same resonance frequency are used so as to detect a position and a rotation angle, and one coil Z having a resonance frequency different from the coils and having the resonance frequency common to all packs is mounted in the vicinity of the center of the pack so as to detect a rotation direction. The rotation angle is set as a relative angle from positions of the coils A, B after movement and positions before the movement, and the rotation direction is determined by detecting the side on which of the right and left sides the coil Z is present to a diagonal connecting two coil centers in a non-pressed-down state of a button.
