<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible base board which has solvent-resistance, a high gas barrier property, an excellent flexibility, a high heat-resistance and a high transparency, and is suitable for the wet coating method or the like for an organic device material, and to provide an organic device using the flexible base board. <P>SOLUTION: At least on one surface of an extremely thin glass, a layer containing a metal oxide polymer, and a three-dimensionally crosslinked polymer layer are laminated in order to obtain this flexible base board. The metal oxide polymer is a silicon oxide polymer, and the layer containing the metal oxide polymer on which the three-dimensionally crosslinked polymer layer is laminated is not swollen or dissolved with an aromatic organic solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
