<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-wall plastic bottle which lessens deformation of a film even in the case where displayed on a label or the like, the film is not deformed, no uneven transfer generate, no trouble reading of distribution code is caused. <P>SOLUTION: The thin-wall plastic bottle has a plurality of wavy ribs 6 which are wavy recesses formed in a body wall 3 having a polygonal cross-section. Each wavy rib is disposed such that mountain sections 7 or valley sections 8 are arranged so as to cross with ridgelines 5 formed on the body wall. A segments 9a are defined between the wavy ribs, such that the mountains and valleys of the wavy ribs adjacent in the vertical direction of the body wall face each other. The peripheral face of the body wall is covered with the heat-shrinkable film.
