PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflow furnace wherein oxygen richness is stabled even if heating unevenness is generated and inert atmosphere is made. SOLUTION: In the reflow furnace, the sucking mouth of a hot wind blowdown heater has a shape of zigzag formed in the direction which crosses the advance direction of a printed circuit board.
