PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake device of a vehicular engine capable of increasing the ram pressure. SOLUTION: A curved guide face 44 to guide traveling air A to an air intake 24 is formed below the air intake 24 formed in a cowling 19 mounted on a front part of a vehicle body 1. A pair of right and left openings 22, 23 with front faces of head lamps 20, 21 opposing thereto and the air intake 24 located above the openings 22, 23 to take in air A for combustion into an engine E are formed in the cowling 19 mounted on the front part of the vehicle body 1.
