PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for fixing a motor to a chassis using a motor supporting plate, and to enhance precision in the fixing position of the motor to the chassis. SOLUTION: A chassis 103 for mounting a motor 151 is formed with a hole 141 for forming a stator substrate and a synthetic resin stator substrate 161 is outsert-molded at the hole 141. A tubular bearing 161a is formed integrally when the stator substrate 161 is molded. A core coil 165 and a rotor assembly 167 are assembled by utilizing the tubular bearing 161a.
