PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication channel establishing device capable of quickly establishing a telephone number and a communication channel after a change with no labor and time. SOLUTION: A communication network N is connected to a transmitting-side telephone terminal 10 which comprises a storage means 14 which stores specific station telephone numbers 14a and incoming-call telephone numbers 14b, an incoming-side telephone terminal 30 provided with the incoming-call telephone number 14b, and a specific relay station 20 provided with the specific station telephone number 14a. A communication channel establishing device 16 comprises a first calling means 16a for calling with the specific station telephone number 14a stored in the storage means 14 as a transmission number for establishing a communication channel between the transmission-side telephone terminal 10 and the incoming-side telephone terminal 30 through the specific relay station 20, and a second calling means 16b for calling the incoming-call telephone number 14b stored in the storage means 14 as a transmission number when detecting the establishment of the communication channel between the transmission-side telephone terminal 10 and the specific relay station 20 by the first calling means 16a.
