A firing kiln for ceramic products and the like comprises two superimposed channels (2, 3) such that one of the two channels contains the heating zone and the direct cooling area and the other channel contains the slow/final cooling area, defined between the walls of the kiln (1), respective first feeding members (4) for feeding the products into the first channel (2) and second feeding members (5) for feeding the products into the second channel (3), burners (6) for the products themselves in the channel (2) containing the heating zone (10); lifting elements (14) are also provided which allow conveying the products themselves from the direct cooling area (13) to the slow/final cooling area (15), exchangers (7) for the heat exchange between the air flow that crosses the exchangers (7) and the hot air present in the slow/final cooling area (15) for the recovery of hot air between different temperature zones, so as to allow reducing energy consumptions and emissions. |
