PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic capable of improving a complexion, preventing fine wrinkles, capable of improving a boundary layer between dermis and epidermis to improve the epidermis and the dermis, and capable of enhancing skin elasticity. SOLUTION: The subject skin elasticity enhancing cosmetic composition contains Ginkgo biloba leaf extract, Angelica acutiloba extract, and yeast extract as active ingredients.
