PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative feedback amplifier driving a loudspeaker unit in order to drive by a constant phase, constant voltage, and a constant current whose effect of the phase and an inverse electromotive force is small. SOLUTION: In the negative feedback amplifier driving the loudspeaker unit, the loudspeaker unit 2 is used as a part of the feedback circuit network, an amount of negative feedback is fully applied, and an impedance element Z13 connected to the circuit network in series, is nearly the same value of the loudspeaker unit.
