PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a plurality of secondary batteries surely in safety while suppressing cost increase. SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal 1 comprises a charging circuit 11 and a CPU 12 performing charging control of a secondary battery through the charging circuit 11, and loaded with a removable secondary battery, i.e. a battery 13 in terminal. A charging holder 3 comprises a section for holding the portable telephone terminal 1 removably, a section for removably holding a standby battery identical to the secondary battery loaded to the portable telephone terminal 1, an AC power supply connector 21 for supplying a power supply current from an AC adapter 4 to the charging circuit 11 of the portable telephone terminal 1, and a terminal connector and a standby battery connector 23 for connecting the charging circuit 11 of the portable telephone terminal 1 electrically with the standby battery 2.
