PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system that can easily remove air in a cooling water conduit. SOLUTION: A power control unit (PCU) 14 is installed to a motor generator 12 and connected to a filler 26 and a motor-cooling water jacket (W/J) 24 through cooling water hoses 28, 30, respectively. A conduction port 86 of the PCU 14 is located in a position higher than a conduction port 84 in the W/J 24, and the PCU is installed to the motor generator 12 so that a conduction port 88 is located in a position higher than the conduction port 86. The filler 26 having a cooling water injection port 32 at its upper part is arranged so that a conduction port 90 arranged at a lower part is located in a position higher than the conduction port 88 in the PCU 14.
