FIELD: machinery building, particularly conveyer belts and other conveyer devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyer roller has journal bearings formed of antifriction self-lubricating polymeric material and are provided with annular grooves formed on ends thereof. Lubrication rings formed of fiber-and-chip or porous polymeric material are inserted in the grooves. The porous polymeric material has porosity of 20-50% from total ring volume. The rings are impregnated with industrial oil or viscous lubrication. The journal bearings are press-fitted in journal boxes provided with annular grooves formed on ends thereof. The journal box grooves are filled with viscous lubrication and mate annular extensions of corresponding bush press-fitted on roller axis and with annular extensions of corresponding rest press-fitted on above roller axis. Above bush surfaces facing corresponding lid, has three annular extensions with trapezoidal cross-sections and mating in size with three corresponding concentric grooves filled with consistent grease. The grooves are created in lid and brought into register with annular extensions of the bush to form labyrinth packing. ^ EFFECT: increased service performance. ^ 7 dwg
