PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow remote monitoring with a simple method, as necessary, in a signaling device that displays an operation status of an industrial facility, such as a machine, a plant and a vehicle, using a light and/or acoustic signal. SOLUTION: A signaling pole 1, as a specific example of the signaling device, has signal elements (2, 3, 4) for generating the light and/or acoustic signal, and further, a wireless transmitter unit (8) for transmitting data to a receiver, the unit being arranged in a removable and exchangeable module (7).
