LOW-TEMPERATURE FLUIDITY INCREASING COMPOSITION DISSOLVED IN SOLVENT NAPHTHA OF LOW NAPHTHALENE CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a solubilizing agent that can improve the deterioration of low naphthalene solvent naphtha that is used for a low temperature fluidity increasing agent for the intermediate distillate.

SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a solvent naphtha of less than 1 wt.% naphthalene content, (B) a low-temperature fluidity increasing agent for the intermediate distillate and (C) a solubilizing agent that is selected from an aliphatic or alicyclic 1 to 22C alcohol, an alicyclic hydrocarbon and a monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon.
