Cosmetic composition (I) comprises a liquid fatty phase (II) and at least a semi-crystalline copolymer (III) (obtained from two monomers (A) (50%) and (B), where (A) is a lipophilic monomer carrying crystallizable lateral chains and (B) is a monomer copolymerizable with (A)) with organic structure (having melting point higher or equal to 30[deg]C). An independent claim is also included for the semi crystalline copolymer.
