The structure has horizontal rods (10) made of natural material such as bamboo stick, and connected via connecting cords (20). A fixing glue (A) is applied on the cords to strengthen the cords combination. Cracks are formed at a space situated between the rods without the cords, and the rods are then cut into slat for a blind of large length with three clearance holes placed at its two ends. The connecting cords interlock with the rods at equal distance from top towards bottom.
