<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed amine nitrate aqueous solution composition comprising hydroxylamine nitrate, hydrazine nitrate, and dilute nitric acid as a reducing agent for uranium and plutonium in a reprocessing solution of an atomic fuel, which composition does not give hazard and troublesomeness otherwise encountered during formulation because it is supplied to a user in the form of a composition prepared not by mixing in an arbitrary ratio by the user but by previous formulation in a necessary mixing ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The mixed amine nitrate aqueous solution composition is a mixed amine nitrate aqueous solution composition formed by the neutralization reaction of a mixed amine comprising hydroxylamine, hydrazine, and water with nitric acid and comprising, after the formation, hydroxylamine nitrate, hydrazine nitrate, nitric acid, and water. That part of the apparatus used for its production which comes into direct contact with hydroxylamine is made of Hastelloy HC-22, Hastelloy C-276, or a ceramic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
