<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly analyze cause of performance failure in an end point itself such as a client system, a server system, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The device captures a transceiving packet in an execution of communication application 11 (S1), measures reciprocating propagation time (S2), furthermore presumes the window size of an originator based on the received packet captured (S3). The device calculates the presumed value of throughput from reciprocating propagation time and the communication window size (S4), and shows the presumed value and the measured value of the throughput with various communication parameters including the communication window size and the reciprocating propagation time, for example, on a display 10a (S5).
