<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal of an electric component capable of preventing a wire insertion hole from being closed when it is connected to a conductor pattern on a circuit board by solder. <P>SOLUTION: A plate-like terminal piece 1 projecting from a component body is connected through solder to the conductor pattern on the circuit board in a form piercing the circuit board. In a part projecting from the circuit board in the terminal piece 1, the wire insertion hole 3 allowing a wire 3 to be inserted therein in the thickness direction of the terminal piece 1 is drilled, whereby the wire 2 can be connected to the terminal piece 1 with the terminal piece 1 connected to the conductor pattern. By releasing a part of a periphery of the wire insertion hole 3 by an opening part 4 in the terminal piece 1, the wire insertion hole 3 is prevented from being closed by the solder when the terminal piece 1 is connected to the conductor pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
