<p>PURPOSE: A method for recycling a slag generated after desulphurization is provided to save desulphurizing agent. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of primary removing slag generated during tapping hot metal from blast furnace by skimmer; desulphurizing deslagged hot metal in hot metal pretreatment process; tapping desulphurized hot metal into torpedo ladle car (TLC) while preventing slag overflow; transporting residual slag in TLC after tapping into blast furnace; and contacting slag with hot metal by whirlpool generated when hot metal is poured into TLC(9). The method is characterized in that nitrogen gas is injected into TLC corresponding to tilting angle of TLC to prevent slag overflow into converter.</p> |
