PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting device of simple structure for hold side wall structural members capable of easily and surely inspecting the structural members and possible to be housed in a place not hindering loading and unloading after concluding inspection. SOLUTION: The inspecting device for hold side wall structural members is structured of a frame part 23 formed into a ladder shape by providing lateral materials 24 with the predetermined interval in the vertical direction between a first and a second column materials 21a and 21b, and a stage part 25 provided adjacent to the frame part 23 and expanded in the vertical direction between the second column material 21b and a third column material 21c and provided with a plurality of scaffold members 30 formed to be housed between the second and the third column materials 21b and 21c.
