PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platy manual tool for chopping work such as vegetables into hexahedral pieces, at inexpensive price and with high practical performance. SOLUTION: On a plate sliding the work while press-contacting, a rotating cutter integrally and plastically molded with a cutting edge portion on an outer periphery of a cylindrical portion, a parallel cutter having the cutting edge serially connected with a small cutting edge gradually increasing height, a horizontal cutter, and a discharging slit for the work are arranged.
