PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture apparatus, easy in operation, having a mechanism for adjusting the puncture depth of a lancet, and collecting a humor such as blood. SOLUTION: This puncture apparatus 1 controls the movement of the lancet 4 having a puncture needle 41 and a plunger 3 connected to this lancet by contacting an adjusting mechanism side movement restraining mechanism 101 of an adjusting mechanism 10 with a stopper side movement restraining mechanism 51 of a stopper 5 in a housing 2; and can adjust a movement stopping position of the lancet 4 and the plunger 3 connected to this lancet by axially adjusting a position of the adjusting mechanism 10.
