<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter or a connector which is suitable for a fine pitch region of an electrode and which is reconnectable. <P>SOLUTION: This is the adapter or connecter for fine pitch electrode connection of an electronic substrate which is provided with a cushioning seal part at the upper face of the base part, and an elastic sticking part and a conductive part at the lower face of the base part, and in which a pressure reducing hole communicating from the cushioning seal part over to the base part and the elastic sticking part is installed, and which is provided with a valve part which opens and closes the pressure reducing hole formed at the upper part of this cushioning seal part. When this adapter or the like is pressed to an electronic substrate or the like, it is connected because atmospheric pressure in the pressure reducing hole becomes lower than the pressure of the fresh air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
