FIELD: equipment and method of assembly of control units. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes control unit with balancing members with whose help bell crank is secured on shaft of electromechanical converter, swivel table with base, two movable stops and two voltmeters with power supply source. Method consists in applying an overload to bell crank of control unit in plane of symmetry of control unit by rotating the swivel table and measuring the center of mass of control unit balancing members. Prior to creating an overload, two movable stops are brought in contact with bell crank and moment of closing of electric circuits by movable stop and each end of bell crank is checked. Then stops are drawn away and equal definite clearances are set between ends of bell crank and stops. After creating an overload, moment of closing electric circuits of each end of bell crank is checked. In case closing of electric circuits is noted at different moments of time, cycle of above-mentioned operations is repeated at change of positions of centers of mass of balancing members with electromechanical converter switched-off till moment of simultaneous closing of electrical circuits by each end of bell crank under action of overload. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy; effective instrument check. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
