PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure having an improved outward appearance with safety ensured at the occurrence of a collision in an operating section for operating an operating shaft located in an insertion hole formed in a front panel. SOLUTION: There are provided a shaft-side operating section 6 to be mounted to the operating shaft 3, an auxiliary operating section 7 fitted to and engaged with the shaft-side operating section 6 via an engaging means 7a to make up one operating section wherein the engagement of the engaging means 7a is designed to be released upon receiving a shock, and a boundary part 8 between the operating sections 6 and 7 that is exposed to the outside of the front panel when the shaft-side operating section 6 combined with the auxiliary operating section 7 is mounted to the operating shaft 3.
