PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent impact strength and appearance excellent in whiteness without pearlescent gloss, and having high flame retardance, and molding comprising the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a polylactic acid resin, (B) 75-10% by weight of a resin at least one selected from cellulose esters, (C) 25-90% by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, and (D) 1-50 parts by weight of a compatibilizer per 100 parts by weight total of at least one selected from (A) and (B) and component (C), and further, the resin composition comprises (E) a flame retardant, and the resin composition comprises (F) a fluorine-based compound, and the resin composition comprises (G) an epoxy compound, and a molding comprising the same.
