PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for converting a natural phenomenon, where the universal law of energy in a closed system is abruptly generated as strong atomic power of 38th power of 10 exceeding a universal law to continuously gentle energy such as gravity, weak force, electromagnetic force, and nuclear force. SOLUTION: By forming a four-dimensional motor in which three dimensional electromotive force and one-dimensional rotation time are added in multiple stages in a one-dimensional direction, high-speed rotation is obtained where the integral number of a rotational speed and time in each stage is multiplied at each stage as an N-stage power. In a multiple stage by an output shaft rotor for releasing the second stage from the stator for free rotation, the multiple stage can be utilized with an efficiency of 1 along with power generated by the second-stage or thereafter internal self-induction generation and drive force for doubling torque in the plus rotation direction of the output shaft. The excitation magnetic iron of the first-stage drive motor is used as an independent second rotor, and the rotor and stator are linked by a planetary gear, thus converting torque in the minus direction generated by the internal self-induction power generation to the plus direction, and improving the efficiency from 0.5 to 1.
