<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accept the registration of evaluation information only by a person who has actually have consultation, and to provide the objective evaluation information of a medical institution in a system for providing information relating to the medical institution. <P>SOLUTION: In a medical treatment institution information providing system, medical institution information 111a, patient information 111b, consultation and evaluation information 111c are stored in a database 111 of a medical institute information providing server 110, and medical institution information stored in the database 111 is provided in response to a request from a patient terminal 140. The medical institution information providing server 110 receives the consultation information of the patient from the medical institution terminal 130, and provides medical treatment information including confusion circumstances based on the consultation information, and provides evaluation information for each medical institution registered by each patient terminal.
