<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize network load by properly performing congestion control, disorder control, and mobile terminal disconnection control in a mobile IP network. <P>SOLUTION: A home agent 6 which controls a mobile terminal 10 on a home network 2, and a foreign agent 7 that houses the mobile terminal 10 on a foreign network 3 which is a destination, are connected together using a wireless system 11 so as to configure a supervisory control system of a mobile IP network. The foreign agent and/or wireless system detects congestion/disorder state of the mobile IP network, and comprises a congestion/disorder detection notifying means that notifies detection of congestion/disorder state to the home agent. The home agent comprises a congestion/disorder control means that controls packet transfer speed between the home agent and the mobile terminal when receives notification about detection of congestion/disorder state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
