The invention relates to a stall arrangement and installation for dairy cattle farming.The aim of the invention is to provide the stall arrangement being circular provided with a central area (11) and a residence area (29) which is arranged around the central area.The inventive stall arrangement compress at least one milking area (4), and at least one circular stall (50) comprising a center area (1) and a substantially concentric, surrounding residence area (29) at least one milking area (4), arranged radially outwardly of the residence area (29).The invention allows to combine free and directed walkways for animals. The animals can freely move in the residence area but they are preferably moved to the milking area for better use the automated milking system, the milking time can be optimized depending upon feed amount. |
