<p>The filler has two sliders (21.1, 21.2) connected with each other by a rigid clamp (22) provided in a transmitting device. The clamp is rotatable with its one end at the slider (21.1) and is displaceably linked with another end at the slider (21.2). The transmitting device has a guide bar (30) that runs with respect to a sliding direction of the slider (21.2) around a preset angle, and a guide bar (36) that runs approximately in the sliding direction. The bar (30) is arranged between the slider (21.2) and the clamp and the bar (36) is arranged between the clamp and a rotatable ring (23).</p> |
