A sub insulating substrate is connected with a side of the main insulating substrate and has a sub display area and a sub-peripheral area(113) at the circumference of the sub display area. A driving member(400) is arranged at the circumference of the main insulating substrate. Plural main gate lines are connected with the driving member and formed at the main display area along the first direction. Plural sub gate lines are connected with the driving member and formed at the sub display area along the second direction substantially vertical to the first direction. Plural data lines are connected with the driving member and formed at the main display area according to the second direction. At least a portion of the plural data lines is extended to the sub display area along the first direction.
