FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to medical genetics and can be used at revealing of predisposition to course of Alzheimer's disease (AD). As a result of the analysis of DNA samples of patients with DA on presence of polymorphisms in promotor area (in positions (-1082), (-819) and (-592)) gene IL-10 the genotypes bound to low production IL-10, which frequency of occurrence at patients authentically above, than at healthy controls have been defined. It is offered to use the fact of presence at the subject of the genotype concerning specified group, as an adverse prognostic sign at predisposition definition to DA.
