FIELD: dehydration equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: in mechanism for polydisperse materials drying, containing body, primary and secondary involution elements of heat carrier and initial material, bin with discharge facility and branch for waste heat carrier out-put, involution elements are implemented in the form of chambers with spinning spirals, each of which consists of basis and cover, rigidly bound by menas of fixture elements, between basis and cover there is mounted cylindrical ring, which is a body of involution element, in cover and basis there are implemented located opposite to each other spiral grooves, in which there is located directional element, connected to inlet nozzle and discharge axial nozzle, at that axes of inlet nozzle is located tangential relative to involution element axis, and axis of inlet nozzle is located perpendicularly to plane of basis and cover, at that primary involution element is located in bottom part of body opened relative to its lateral side, and in its discharge nozzle there is located drop-shaped fairing, which is fixed by means of not less then three spokes to the internal surface of discharge nozzle. ^ EFFECT: effectiveness increase of drying by menas of involution processes intensification of main and auxiliary flows. ^ 3 dwg |
